Maintenance Request

Dear Residents,

McLean Company now using Property Meld for ALL maintenance requests. Please make sure you’ve finished creating your account, including an accurate name, email, and phone number. Going forward, this will be the ONLY way to receive maintenance in your unit.

The system is automated and very easy to use, and works with browsers, email, and text messaging. It even lets you attach pictures to your maintenance request using your phone’s camera!

By using Property Meld, you’ll still get the same service- but much faster and easier to handle.

If you haven’t yet received an email invite, please contact us and we’ll send you one ASAP. The quicker you create an account (or finish setting yours up), the sooner you can send us a service request! If you have any questions about the software, we encourage you to reach out to their tech support team using the in-app Live Chat, or by emailing support@propertymeld.com
